2017年1月—11月，浙江绍兴地区共进口机床314台，货值达2201万美元，分别比2016年同期增长193%和140%。进口机床种类主要有加工中心、磨床、激光切割机床等，主要原产国家或地区是中国台湾、意大利、日本、德国、韩国等。

In recent years, industry of Shaoxing industrial enterprises upgrading accelerated, rising labor costs in Shaoxing enterprise machine substitutions of the demand for rapid growth, and domestic CNC machine tools in precision and durability with the world s most advanced level there are still large gaps, led to a surge in imports of machine tools in Shaoxing area.

　　然而，在2017年进口的数控机床中，检验检疫部门共发现不合格30批、39台，不合格率分别为26.5%和12.4%。不合格原因主要为无中文标识、警告标识、电气安全不合格、品质问题等。部分进口旧数控机床由于外商不负责安装调试，存在电控箱被国外锁码、安装调试困难等问题。另外，进口机床的采购周期长，刀具等损耗配件采购比较困难，也给后续生产经营带来困难。
