按照两部门联合下发的申报通知，2018年省先进制造业发展专项资金企业技术改造项目支持重点为新产品开发、节能降耗、“两化”融合。资金采取事后奖补方式，对企业技术改造项目的设备、研发投入，按照实际完成投资额（以发票为准）给予不高于30%的补助，最高不超过1000万元。
2018年省先进制造业发展专项资金（中小企业类）项目主要支持中小企业公共服务（示范）平台以及小型微型企业创业创新示范基地发展壮大，鼓励服务平台为中小企业提供服务。支持方式为事后奖补，同时，综合考虑其服务中小企业数量、服务成效等因素，单个项目补助资金一般不超过300万元。

建设智能工厂的方向
