据IBM商业价值研究院近期发布的最新全球企业高管调研报告表明,数据已经成为现有企业最强大的资产,其中拥有全球80%数据的传统企业正在与其员工一起利用这些庞大的数据创造新的竞争优势。

于是,区别于传统的自动化,IBM又提出了智能自动化的理念,强调完全基于数据的,以人工智能为主导,由机器自主学习的自动化过程。
在接受记者采访时,IBM全球企业咨询服务部中国区业务流程自动化负责人王言表示,这里所指的自动化不仅仅是发生在制造工厂的自动化,还包括了工作方式、业务流程、管理运营等在内的工作场景的自动化。它将提高企业在更高维度的市场竞争力。
