2017浦江创新论坛于22日至25日举行。与会专家在物联网与全球制造分论坛上表示,目前智能制造产业化转型升级正有序推进,新一代信息技术已与制造业有效融合。与此同时,智能制造正促进产业形成新业态。

中国商飞上海飞机制造有限公司总工程师姜丽萍表示,虚拟现实技术的发展将进一步完善制造过程中的仿真技术、车间布局及人机工程分析等工作,实现虚拟化制造,可以最大程度缩短研制周期。

上海交通大学副校长奚立峰教授认为,智能制造已促进汽车产业在以下方面形成新业态:一是以智能网联的新技术拉动整车改革,包括一些新兴零部件产业获得突破。二是车联网技术的发展,包括传感器、通信技术、数据处理等技术,使得信息系统更加实时、准确、安全、高效和智能,实现从互联到网联协同控制。三是汽车结构发生变化,从燃油汽车到电动车,技术升级给整个汽车行业带来新机遇。
姜丽萍则认为,未来民机将在四方面实现转变,一是新技术将飞机结构整体化推向了新的可能。二是飞控系统的智能化。三是制造模式的转变,即透明工厂。四是敏捷运维模式的转变,以达到虚拟化的制造、专业化生产、敏捷化加工,柔性化装备和透明化管理,提高资源的综合利用率,并有效缩短研制周期。

此外,与会专家还普遍认为,智能制造的战略落地是制造业在数字化、网络化的基石上,融合包含人工智能等新一代创新信息技术,实现“智能化”的转型升级,而人才是转型升级的关键因素之一。

中国机械工程学会科技咨询委员会副主任、机械科学研究总院原副院长屈贤明认为,人才培育是最主要的保证,发展智能制造必须要有一支庞大的人才队伍,各个企业首先要对领导干部培训,再对技术骨干和管理骨干进行培训,对实施数字化车间或工厂的企业,要进行全员培训。

同济大学中德工程学院副院长、工业4.0智能工厂实验室陈明主任则认为,智能工厂不是无人工厂,人才培养非常关键。数字化和网络化使得技能劳动岗位减少多少,就会增加相应的岗位。目前来看,增加的岗位会更多,如信息技术、数据分析、研发等岗位。
