近日，由佛山机器人学院建设的首条全面展示工业4.0生产技术的示范线亦会在本届博览会上掀开面纱：一条U型的U盘生产线，被切分为一个个工序，正快速运转，在“工业4.0”生产线中，工厂在接收到订单信息后，将通过三维建模生成产品的设计模型；在进入生产单元后，由中央生产线自动进行产线规划，根据订单安排生产工位和材料等，一只机器臂精确的抓起材料，另一只机器臂则接过材料进行内部检测，确认无问题后，两只机器臂灵活运转进行着快速加工……全程不过两三分钟。

    尽管只是生产小小的U盘，这条示范线却由订单体验中心、物流仓储、机器装配、个性定制、3D打印、注塑单元、检测总装及包装贴标等多个单元组成，运用了工业机器人、3D打印、工业模拟仿真、无人搬运机器人、生产制造执行管理系统等先进的生产要素。
    该示范线实现智能3C产品生产、装配、定制、检测、运输及仓储的一体化，完美演绎了工业互联网、产品小批量制造、虚拟现实及增强现实技术运用，实现能耗跟踪管理及生产过程数字化与信息化的完美结合。
