12月1日，上海市政府与工信部在沪签署关于共同推进工业互联网创新发展促进制造业转型升级的战略合作框架协议。工信部副部长陈肇雄、上海市委常委、常务副市长周波代表双方签约，并同时为工业互联网创新中心揭牌。

继国务院印发《关于深化“互联网+先进制造业”发展工业互联网的指导意见》之后，上海作为全国工业互联网先行城市，率先与工信部围绕工业互联网创新发展签署相关战略合作框架协议。
