占地近百亩的超大型精纺车间内，一台台长龙般的织机高速运转，无人值守的通道间，自动清扫机让棉絮难见踪影。“有了自动化纺织设备和智能流程管控，我们实现了万锭用工25人的水平，用工量降低了85%以上。”在南纺集团20万锭高档新型纺纱生产基地，副总工程师李宏说，他们采用“机器换人”的智能车间，已经成为国内大型纺织企业的标杆。

让“龙头”带动产业腾飞
在南纺集团、新纺集团等本土行业龙头加速迈进“智能时代”的同时，通过招商引资、承接产业转移，南阳纺织服装产业也在不断延伸上下游产业链条。目前，新野县引进的浙江罗蒙集团高档成衣生产线已投产，卧龙区引进的温州奥奔妮服饰年产500万条(件)裤衫的项目正式落地。

“从纺织到服装，南阳将建立起‘三衣两裤’服装制造企业联盟，打造专业化分工协作、上下游密切协同的产业集群。”南阳市工信委主任肖海友告诉记者，作为该市建设先进制造业强市重大专项的核心集群之一，纺织服装产业将打造成全国知名的高档成衣生产基地。
2014年以来，南阳市先后实施“五个一百”行动计划、龙腾计划、重点工业企业培育计划、“千百”亿级产业集群培育工程、“中国制造2025”南阳行动等，推动南阳制造业向“智造”转变，为先进制造业加快发展积累了良好的基础。

目前，宛城区新能源及装备制造、新野县纺织服装、淅川县汽车零部件、唐河县装备电子等4个产业集群，已被纳入全省重点培育的超百亿元产业集群。从纺织服装、高端装备制造到电子信息、新能源产业，南阳全力构建市、县区上下游衔接的区域产业链，已培育出16个“一县一业”特色主导产业集群。
打造先进制造业强市，龙头是关键。南阳制造业经过多年发展，已形成以高端装备、电子信息、新能源为代表的三大战略引领产业和以纺织服装、生物医药、绿色食品为代表的三大传统优势产业，培育出利达光电、淅减公司、卧龙电气、宛西制药、乐凯华光、中光学集团、中南钻石等一批国内和行业领先的高精尖企业。

打响“南阳智造”品牌
淅减公司是淅川县汽车零部件产业园的龙头企业，这个从汽车减震器一小配件起家的企业，不但是德国奔驰戴姆勒、大众和法国雪铁龙集团的供应商，还为中国高铁走向世界贡献了必不可少的技术和部件。
如今，占据世界减震器技术制高点的淅减公司，带动了近百家汽车零部件企业落户当地汽车零部件产业园，产业链产品已涵盖汽车减震器、弹簧、轮毂等八大系列上千个品种，2016年行业总产值达90亿元。
9月12日，南阳市与安徽星凯龙客车有限公司新能源汽车整车项目签约。从汽车零配件到成套部件再到整车，南阳制造业正在实现以绿色能源为特色的“自主整车”梦。
依托河南福森新能源、河南东雷锂电等新能源电池龙头企业，技术先进、蓄能高、功率高且成本低的车用动力电池，为绿色能源汽车提供着“能量核心”；河南宇通新能源积极研发纯电及插电式专用车辆技术，正在形成整车驱动、控制集成、智能驾驶的生产能力；而金冠电器搭建的便捷支付、组网运营的充电网络，则为新能源汽车消费市场插上“腾飞的翅膀”。
以汽车及新能源产业为代表，南阳市全力推动制造向“智造”转型，着力加快制造业与信息技术深度融合，推动制造业生产技术水平、智能化水平和核心竞争力全面提升，向产业链高端环节瞄准，向“智能制造”迈进。
绘制五大产业链图谱
南阳市出台《关于建设先进制造业强市若干政策措施》提出，将聚焦高端装备、电子信息、新能源、纺织服装、生物医药等五大优势产业，围绕产业链图谱打造“市有千亿、县有百亿”的特色产业集群。今年8月22日，成立先进制造业集群培育基金。
到今年年底，按照预计水平南阳规模以上制造业营收将达3900亿元，到2020年，这一数字将超过5500亿元，装备制造和纺织服装业将跻身我省超千亿产业集群行列。
届时，亚洲最大的轴承生产基地、国内最大的光电产业基地、特种装备制造基地和中部最大的百亿农机装备基地将成型，南阳作为中部地区先进制造业强市地位呼之欲出。
迈上新征程，南阳经济转型升级和跨越发展的定位更加明晰，向着以提高产业发展质量效益为中心，着力加快制造业和信息技术深度融合，全面提升经济生态的核心竞争力，实现产业发展、产品升级和就业创业协调推进。
现场直击
一张胶片见证从制造到“智造”
长度近300米的大型数码印刷板材生产车间内，见不到一个工人。位于生产线尽头的另一间主控台前，数字操控终端自动显示出各种数据，五六个工作人员只需通过屏幕，就能了解设备的运转状况，而生产则是完全自动化进行的。
