2017年以来机械行业相关数据回暖，一方面是全行业在国家宏观政策的引导下，积极发展、主动作为的成果；同时也存在基数因素，是在上年较低基础上的恢复性增长。机械工业2017年全年预计实现主营业务收入27万亿元，工业增加值、收入利润均实现10%左右增长，贸易顺差接近1000亿美元。中国机械工业联合会预测，2018年机械工业的运行有望相对平稳，但增速预计将略低于2017年，外贸延续2017年回升趋势，呈现平稳运行。
