处于振兴发展关键期的老工业基地沈阳，近日好消息频传：沈阳材料科学国家研究中心获批，部、省、市三方开始共建，这是科技部首批6个国家重大科学研究中心之一；中科院大学机器人与智能制造学院落户沈阳；2月25日，2018年平昌冬奥会闭幕式举行“北京8分钟”文艺表演，沈阳新松机器人精彩出演，沈阳智造赢得冬奥“金牌”，展示中国形象……标志着沈阳朝着东北亚科技创新中心，迈出坚实一步。
