不锈钢薄板的氩弧焊焊接特点
(1)不锈钢薄板的导热性差,容易直接烧穿。
(2)焊接时不需要焊丝,母材直接熔合。
因此,不锈钢薄板焊接的质量与操作者、设备、材料、施工方法、焊接时的外部环境及检测等因素息息相关。
在不锈钢薄板的焊接过程中,不需要焊材,但是对以下材料要求比较高:
一是,氩气的纯度、流量大小及通氩时间,
二是,钨极,一根好的钨极对焊接结果有着至关重要的影响。
(1)氩气
氩气的纯度必须大于99.99%以上。氩气主要是对熔池进行有效的保护,在焊接过程中防止空气对熔池侵蚀而引起氧化,同时对焊缝区域进行有效的空气隔离,使焊缝区域得到保护,提高焊接性能。
(2)钨极
钨极表面要光滑,端部一定要磨尖,且同心度好。这样焊接时高频引弧好、电弧稳定性好,熔深深,熔池能保持稳定,焊缝成形好,焊接质量好。如果钨极表面烧坏或表面有污染物、裂纹、缩孔等缺陷时,这样焊接时高频引弧困难,电弧不稳定,电弧有漂移现象,熔池分散,表面扩大,熔深浅,焊缝成形差,焊接质量差。
结论
(1)钨极氩弧焊稳定性好,不同钨极形状对不锈钢薄板焊接质量有较大影响。
(2)平顶锥端头钨极焊接可提高单面焊双面成形率,减小焊接热影响区,焊缝成形美观,综合力学性能较好。
(3)采用正确的焊接方法可有效预防焊接缺陷。
